Peppermint has always had a way of lighting up every room she enters. As her longtime friend, I’ve been inspired by her passion, her creative spark, and the way she leads with heart in everything she does. With this film, I wanted to share the Peppermint I know, the woman behind the spotlight who never stops creating, caring, or standing up for what she believes in.

We live in a moment when trans lives are often misunderstood, simplified, or spoken about instead of truly seen. A Deeper Love looks beyond Peppermint’s public image to reveal her full humanity, her humor, her courage, and the quiet strength that drives her as an artist and activist.

At its heart, A Deeper Love is both a tribute to Peppermint and a reflection of the community that sustains her. It celebrates our joy, our resilience, and the power of standing together and living fully as ourselves.
